Is the Personal plan really free forever?
Yes. The Personal plan is completely free, forever. No credit card required, no trial period, no hidden fees. We believe every AED owner — whether it's a home unit or a community cabinet — should have access to basic compliance tools. If you only have one device, you'll never need to pay anything.
What's the difference between 6-monthly and monthly reminders?
Personal plans include inspection reminders every 6 months. Paid plans include monthly reminders, which aligns with most manufacturer maintenance schedules. Most AED manufacturers recommend monthly visual checks — always refer to your device manual for the recommended schedule. Both plans still send expiry alerts at 90, 30, 14, and 7 days before pads or batteries expire.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. For organisations that require invoice billing, contact us to arrange alternative payment methods.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference. If you downgrade, the remaining credit applies to your new plan. All your data is preserved when changing plans.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or community organisations?
Yes. Registered charities, volunteer organisations, and community groups can contact us for discounted pricing. We want to make AED compliance accessible to everyone working to keep their communities safe.
